A 11-year-old girl was killed in a stab incident in the Dutch municipality of Nieuwegein, in the province of Utrecht, the police reported on Saturday. A 29-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident. Local residents say they have been worried about the behavior of the man for some time and would have recently reported at least three times to the authorities.
