The 170 -pound power buyer lost 70 pounds and eventually rose to the stage in fitness competitions.
Known as the “Goliath” nickname, the lafontant suffered from bad health problems during his power lifting times. He had depression, Crohn’s disease and went 11 times for colon surgery. In addition, his testosterone levels were really low.
One morning, Lafontant woke up at 5.38 and turned the side to turn off the revival. Just turning in bed made her breathless.
At that moment, the muscle giant made a decision that changed his life. He wanted to lose weight and committed to publishing a picture every day on social media.
Lafontant set a tough goal. He chose the fitness competition 11 months away and was about to get on stage, no matter what.
