Manchester United is apparently still successful in advertising for outside player Patrick Dorgu from the series A-Club Us Lecce. After it looked like the southern Italians remained hard for the 20-year-old Danes when they were demanded of 40 million euros, the Red Devils have now reached unity. According to the transfer reporters Fabrizio Romano and Matteo Moretto, the English record champion pays 30 million euros, 5 million can be added to bonuses.

For Lecce, Dorgus exit becomes the most financially lucrative in the history of the club. The record has also been a Dane since summer 2023, Morten Hjulmand (25) went to Sporting for 19.5 million euros. Dorgu had only cost 200,000 euros in his transfer from FC Nordsjaelland’s youth in Lecces U19. Finally, the SSC Napoli was also a prospect of the four -fold national player, who can be used on the offensive wings and as a left -back – the latter has been nominally his main position in recent years.

At Man United, there is a need for 3-4-2-1 systems on the left rail in Ruben, because Luke Shaw (29) is already injured for almost the entire season. Tyrell Malacia (25) is capable of playing again after surviving knee injury, but apparently (yet) not (yet) ready for a regular place. Finally, Diogo Dalot (25) and ex-Bayer Nousussair Mazraoui (27) switched to the position, but both are actually located on the right.
