Parents of killed Haley (18) witnesses after gruesome collision with e-Step: “He drove her up like a dog and did not look back once”

One month ago she drove unsuspectingly on an e-step, just outside Mechelen. But suddenly there was a car that drove too fast: Haley Cuypers (18) did not survive the collision. Now her parents testify about their daughter who will never teasingly ask them if they would like to see her.
