In a few Flemish frituren, a new frying snack in the shop windows, the ‘Little Red Riding Hood’, has recently been depicting. It is the frying version of the Flemish classic balls with warm cherries. The trendy snack has been blown into life by entrepreneurs Jeroen de Vroede and Ward Nechelput, manager and copywriter of marketing agency Veaudeville. Through their project ‘Sugar nobles’, a podcast from HLN, they look for the gap in the market with which they can earn a million euros.
