The Public Prosecution Service in Nairobi has announced that the investigation into the 2019 murder of Dutchman Tob Cohen (69) has been completed and that his wife has been accused of the murder based on ‘overwhelming and convincing evidence’. Chief prosecutor Renson Ingonga says he has come up with new evidence, Kenyan media report. The woman was arrested on Thursday.
