How were the beginnings of the company?

The consultant emerged as a project of professors and researchers from the National University of San Martín, to bring the rigor of the methodology and scientific tools to study the territories, people and their cultural habits, the companies or organizations that had concrete needs Information. We started working in the Tigre Party and the North Corridor, in the retail and Real Estate sectors, although we quickly expand the work area covering to the third cord of the AMBA; Inside we have worked in Córdoba.

What are the services they provide to the public?

We carry out socio -territorial studies, an integral survey of a territory of interest for investors. Its urbanizations, the typology of inhabitants, the existing commercial offer, as well as educational or health institutions are studied. We use surveys, Focus Groups and in -depth interviews to capture social and economic dynamics and identify consumption patterns. We complement this work with Big Data analysis and satellite images of the territory. On the other hand, the analysis of markets and benchmarking is aimed at those who wish to have quality information about their positioning against competitors. And consumer profile is widely used by companies to know and segment their audience, key to developing directed communication strategies, something we have also accompanied to our clients with concrete results for improvement in the engagement of digital communication and loyalty of organic communities.

How do they project their brand in the medium term?

We project nodding in the expertise and the Know How accumulated in these years, we propose to expand our client portfolio towards large brands of the retail and real sector.
