Zara and Wander invite you to go on an alpine hike.

Japanese outerwear brand and wander and Zara are releasing their first collaborative capsule collection, the Spanish fashion company announced on Thursday.

Since its founding in 2011, and Wander has “developed clothing and accessories that promote the joy of self-discovery through active outdoor exploration.” They are now bringing this leitmotif to Zara in the form of a winter capsule collection. The womenswear collection was designed for women returning from a day of alpine hiking, according to the statement.

The collection features pieces made from functional technical fabrics, including protective padded jackets in long and short styles, a water-repellent lightweight nylon coat, an anorak jacket, as well as a slip dress and trousers that can be worn as layering options under outerwear. Fleece pieces provide additional warmth and are complemented by a variety of knitted sweaters and pants with the brand’s signature zippered pockets. Tote bags, hip bags and padded boots were designed as matching accessories to round off the collection.

The and Wander x Zara collection will be available in select stores and online from January 16th.
