Australian basketball star Liz Cambage wanted to start a new career. So far, it has paid off financially.
Cambage, 33, opened an Onlyfans account in 2022. He said that in the first week of Onlyfans, more money came in than in his entire basketball career.
Onlyfans, which has a questionable reputation, mainly shares erotic content.
“Basketball was always a part of me, but I’ve never been just a basketball player,” Cambage previously told the British newspaper Daily Mail.
Daily Mail compared Cambage’s most recent WNBA contract through 2022, which guaranteed her $170,000 in bonuses.
According to information from the Daily Mail, Cambage earns about 1.5 million dollars a year with Onlyfans.
Cambage was about to win Olympic bronze in the summer of 2012. She was selected for the WNBA All-Star Game four times and once for the season’s All-Star Five.
