Parisian fashion brand Koché has worked with Kappa on a special jersey for AS Monaco.

The brand, founded in 2015 by Christelle Kocher, is partnering with the Principality football club’s Italian outfitter to release a jersey that captures Monaco’s identity, AS Monaco announced on Thursday. A 3D print of diamonds is intended to embody the “rich history of the principality” and build a bridge between tradition and innovation.

“It is an honor to design this special jersey for AS Monaco,” said Kocher. “This club has a special place in my heart, especially because of my father, who was close to Arsene Wenger when he coached the team. Returning to Monaco to combine sport and fashion in this project is a unique and emotional experience.”

The club, which is currently third in the top division of French men’s football, will wear the jerseys in tomorrow’s game against FC Nantes. The jersey is also available to fans in AS Monaco’s physical and digital shops as well as in the French Kappa online shop and costs 140 euros. There are also matching shorts for 60 euros and socks for 20 euros.

Koché has previously worked with the Herzogenaurach-based sportswear retailer Puma and recycled AC Milan jerseys.
