The first episode of One step from heaven 8 it’s called The Iceman. It refers to the climate change scholar Stephen Anderssen (Degan), key character of these new episodes of the Lux Vide fiction. He will be the one to wreak havoc in the life of Nathan (Marco Rossetti) and Manuela Nappi (Giusy Buscemi). Thanks to Anderseen, the man who grew up in the woods will discover some secrets of his past.
Manuela must face, together with Vincenzo (Enrico Ianniello), Sara’s disappearancea mother who abandoned her son Milo in the woods. Why did he do it and where is he now? Nathan and Manuela are taking care of the baby for the moment. The child’s father is suspected of having killed or kidnapped his partner. In reality Philip had nothing to do with the woman’s disappearance.

Sara liked to live in close contact with nature, Nathan’s way. His vision was radical: he rejected the rules of modern society and wanted to raise Milo far from civilization. Philip didn’t accept it, and neither did Stephen. In fact, for a few years the woman had worked in the scientist’s company, which works to slow down the premature melting of glaciers. Manuela suspects that the man has something to do with Sara’s case. Together with Nathan he manages to find the shelter where the woman lived, and right there they find her lifeless body. Who killed her and why?
New entry Raz Degan wreaks havoc in Nathan’s life
Manuela receives a job offer from the Verona Police Headquarters. The policewoman, skilled in the study of proxemics, is at a crossroads: throw yourself into a new adventure or stay in San Vito di Cadore? For his brother Vincenzo the answer is clearbut Manuela is no longer the child she usually protected. Her decision depends above all on Nathan’s feelings. Does the man who grew up in the woods love her? Thanks to new clues about his past, will he be able to open up to a new way of life?
The character of Stephen, played by Raz Degan, brings important news to the fiction regarding Nathan’s parents. In the first episode we also witness a dramatic event that will upset the life of the Nappi family: this time Manuela will protect Vincenzo, and not the other way around.

In the new season One step from heaven There are the characters loved by the public, such as Huber (Gianmarco Pozzoli) and Carolina (Serena Iansiti)Vincenzo’s wife, struggling with her third child Nina and with a flat married life. Making the situation worse is the unexpected arrival in Cadore of Nino (Nino Frassica), Carolina’s uncle. A circus magician who stays in his niece’s house, together with his beloved monkey Franca. For Vincenzo, Nino’s presence becomes a real nightmare. For Carolina, however, it is a breath of magic and madness that could be good for the family.

Stephen’s team includes several scientistsincluding Gabriele (Alberto Malanchino), an ambitious boy ready to do anything to safeguard the planet: Laura (Alice Arcuri), Stephen’s historic right-hand man, who also helps him in the bureaucratic part of the association, and Anna (Cecilia Bertozzi ), an orphan that Stephen has taken under his wing.
Anna is a girl with a wild spirit who fights for what she believes in and seems to understand Nathan’s way of life perfectly. Their meeting will put the bear man in crisis, who will find himself between two completely different personalities: Anna, so similar to him, and Manuela, who revolutionized his world.
