Big Brother – program with an Onlyfans influencer Anu Puumalainen is facing breast augmentation. However, Puumalainen does not enlarge them with silicones, but with fat transfer.
– After having children, I have suffered from what pregnancy and breastfeeding usually cause women. Many have said that some childless people’s breasts hang more than mine, but it’s not about that now, the influencer explains the reasons for his decision to Iltalehti.
– I know what kind of boobs I used to have without children, and it has made me think about this issue over the years, she continues.
Puumalainen says he intends to take silicones in 2021, but canceled his decision at the last minute.
– I wondered if there was another way, since I didn’t want any external stuff in my tits, she says.
No information on size
Puumalainen is operated in Finland. In the procedure, fat is transferred from him from the hip area, stomach, sides and back.
– The doctor told me: “In order to get enough fat, you have to start eating”. That’s why I started a massage therapy before Christmas and I’ve gained weight like crazy, says the influencer.

According to Puumalainen, the procedure costs thousands of euros, but in his case the price tag does not reach tens of thousands of euros. The funniest part of the operation for a Puuma is that the doctor couldn’t promise her a specific cup size.
– It depends on what kind of adipose tissue I get, and how it will stay in my breasts. However, about 20 percent of it will evaporate, the influencer explains.
– I didn’t really care about cup sizes. I mainly thought that they would be crisp, and there would be no visual observations caused by gravity, he says.

Puumalainen admits that she wonders what kind of breasts she will have.
– I thought to my family member, what if they get too big and I don’t like them? What if I want to return them? But I do trust. However, this is not their first operation and I believe they understand what kind of breasts I would like, he says from the clinic.
Puumalainen is aware of the risk that too much fat would evaporate from the breasts, and he would not be satisfied with the end result. However, the Onlyfans influencer doesn’t see it as as big a disadvantage as the fact that his body would reject silicones and cause bad symptoms.
After the operation, Puumalainen will be on sick leave for about 2–4 weeks. Then she may not use her chest muscles at all, i.e. wearing a bra and carrying shopping bags is prohibited.
