Code yellow applies throughout Brabant (and the rest of the Netherlands) on Monday afternoon due to heavy gusts of wind. A wind field will then move from west to east in the Netherlands, with gusts of up to 75 kilometers per hour, the KNMI warns.
The KNMI issues the weather warning for Brabant from noon. The warning applies until five o’clock.
From twelve o’clock the wind will move eastwards through the Netherlands. Code yellow applies in Friesland and Groningen until eight o’clock tonight, after which the entire country is expected to turn green again.
At sea and in the Wadden area, wind gusts of 90 kilometers per hour can occur.
Sunday
The KNMI also warned last weekend with a code yellow for slippery conditions. Frozen roads made it slippery.
