The Eisbären Berlin have reduced the gap to leaders ERC Ingolstadt. The champions came back from a 2-0 deficit against Kellerkind Iserlohn Roosters on matchday 33 and won 3-2 (0-2, 2-0, 1-0). The capital city team is now two points behind the Panthers, and the Berliners have also played one game less.
Augsburg counters after DEG surprise
The crisis-ridden Düsseldorfer EG had already celebrated a surprise victory in the fight against relegation on Thursday and left the bottom of the table for the time being. Against the leaders Ingolstadt, DEG turned around a deficit and won 4:1 (1:1, 1:0, 2:0).
