New Year’s Eve turned out to be a disaster for the owners of restaurant La Stalla in Ostend. A group of five people came to dine extensively, but at the end of the evening they were unable to pay the bill of 530 euros. It now appears that other restaurants on the coast have also had to deal with table skimmers.
