In the Netherlands, the New Year’s dives are canceled due to the extreme weather conditions. Elsewhere in the world there are still plenty of Dutch people who, wearing a Unox hat, run into the sea in a bikini or swimming trunks. For example in southern Spain or extremely sunny Perth, where it is about 31 degrees.
