Lars Gindorf has been playing for Hannover 96 since 2022. The Saarland native has now become at home on a leash – where does he like to hang out the most away from the stadium?

In the spring of 2024, Lars Gindorf made a name for himself among the 96 professionals for the first time. As a reward for his strong performances with the U23 (51 games, 36 goals), the attacker was promoted to the second division squad. Since then he has already played 20 competitive games (2 goals).

Gindorf doesn’t come from the 96 offspring, but from Wadgassen in Saarland. He found his way to Hanover via Elversberg, Freiburg and Memmingen. After two and a half years, the 23-year-old obviously feels right at home there.

Lars Gindorf counts the Herrenhäuser Gardens among his favorite places in Hanover. He likes to play mini golf there with his girlfriend, he revealed in an interview with his club Hannover 96: “It’s a really nice atmosphere there and it’s really fun. A great option, especially when the weather is good, to be a little active in the fresh air .”

Lars Gindorf also likes to hang out at the Maschsee – very close to the Heinz von Heiden Arena. “The Maschsee is a classic, I think. You can always go there, spend time there and take a walk with an outstanding view,” said the attacker.

In general, the 23-year-old seems to like being outside – the Leinewelle is also one of his favorites in Hanover. “I always watch the surfers on the line in the summer; it looks fascinating. I have a lot of respect for that.”
