The world of Italian volleyball is in mourning. Daniele Bagnoli, one of the most successful coaches in Italian volleyball at club level, has died. Born in Mantua on 25 October 1953, Bagnoli wrote many historical pages of volleyball, linking his career in particular to the teams of Modena, Rome and Treviso with which in total he collected the record of 8 championships won, a record shared with Franco Anderlini . During his long career the coach from Mantua was also part of the staff of the Italian national teams.
