“The fight we put forward on July 3, 2011, against those who attacked our Club and our values with all their might in order to take over our club from dark hands and tarnish our glorious history, turned into an honorable victory 3 years ago.
In the case where our former President Aziz Yıldırım, our former managers Şekip Mosturoğlu, İlhan Ekşioğlu and valuable Fenerbahçe fans were tried in the treacherous conspiracy set up by FETO, the 5th Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court approved the acquittal decision of the Istanbul 13th High Criminal Court on December 27, 2021.
Fenerbahçe, which has said ‘this is a conspiracy’ since the first day, has not allowed its sweat and labor to be polluted, and is clean in the conscience of millions, has proven this fact before the law.
While Fenerbahçe was the name of the most important victory in our fight against this bloody organization, which started on the morning of July 3;
The situation of those who target our club and those poor people who want to tarnish Fenerbahçe is known throughout Turkey!
In our sacred struggle that has been going on for more than 13 years, we will continue to seek justice until our material and moral damages are compensated, without compromising our stance on the first day.
