LES ARCS – A 14-year-old skier died in France on Wednesday when he and six others were surprised by an avalanche while skiing off-piste, French local radio station France Bleu Pays-de-Savoie reported on its website. Local authorities told the broadcaster that the accident happened at 3:22 p.m. on Mount Aiguille Rouge, not far from the village of Arc 2000.
