Flemish energy minister Melissa Depraetere (Vooruit) announces that from January 1, 1 in 3 Flemish people will be entitled to a discount voucher of 250 euros when purchasing a new energy-efficient washing machine, dryer, freezer and refrigerator. An extension of the discount that currently only applies to those who are entitled to the social rate. But who exactly does the discount apply to? Where should you apply for the voucher?
