Dairy group FrieslandCampina will merge with its smaller Belgian peer Milcobel, the two companies announced on Wednesday. “The merger of FrieslandCampina and Milcobel creates one international and future-oriented organization that can better utilize opportunities and tackle challenges more effectively in the global dairy market,” said a press statement.
