12.27 – Woman seriously injured after collision with tree
A woman crashed into a tree on the Oirschotsebaan in Oisterwijk. Several emergency services arrived at the scene of the accident. The woman was seriously injured in the collision. Her car was also seriously damaged.

10.44 – Collision in Dongen
The police were busy with a rear-end collision this morning around nine o’clock. This was on the Klein Dongenseweg in Dongen. The drivers were checked, but escaped unscathed. The cars could no longer drive and had to be picked up by a recovery company. This caused the road to be temporarily closed. This meant that other traffic users had to use the cycle path.

08.07 – Accident on the A4
Due to an accident on the A4 near Bergen op Zoom, there is a major traffic jam on the highway. From Steenbergen to Bergen op Zoom the additional travel time is almost half an hour. The left lane was closed for a while, but the road has now reopened.

08.03 – Long traffic jam on the A59
There is a long traffic jam on the A59 from the Zonzeel junction to Den Bosch. This is due to an accident. Between Waalwijk and Nieuwkuijk, motorists must take into account a delay of more than 45 minutes. The left lane at Nieuwkuijk is closed.

07.57 – Report of man with firearm on train
Train passengers at Eindhoven Central station were shocked by a major police action on Tuesday morning. There was a man with a firearm on that train, which was on its way to Maastricht. Several officers, wearing bulletproof vests and a police dog, searched for the man.

05.45 – Man seriously injured after crashing into tree
A serious accident has happened on the Moersedreef in Tilburg. A motorist lost control and crashed into a tree. That happened so fast that it caused enormous havoc. The car is completely shattered at the front and debris is everywhere on the road. Police, fire brigade, ambulance and an air ambulance have been called. The man was seriously injured and rushed to hospital. The road is temporarily closed for investigation.

00.15 – Car hits tree
A motorist crashed into a tree on the Bredaseweg in Rijsbergen. The fire brigade responded and later an air ambulance also landed for medical assistance. Police closed the road in both directions for investigations. The driver was taken to hospital by ambulance under the supervision of the trauma doctor. It is unclear how the accident could have happened.

22.24 – Ambulance collides with car
An ambulance that was urgently on its way to a report collided with a car last night. This happened at the intersection of the Schijndelsedijk (N618) with the Oude Boomgaard in Boxtel. No one was injured.

18.29 – Suspects in deadly explosion detained longer
The four men detained for the explosion at the Tarwekamp in The Hague must remain in jail for two weeks longer. These are two men aged 23 and 29 from Roosendaal, a 33-year-old man from Oosterhout and a 33-year-old man from Rotterdam.

The men are suspected of arson and causing an explosion that killed six people and injured four. In addition, they are suspected of setting a car on fire and are said to have previously made preparations to start a fire.
