The Israeli textile group Delta Galil Industries Ltd. is aiming for a stock exchange listing in the USA.
The parent company of German lingerie brand Schiesser said Monday that it has filed a confidential preliminary IPO application document with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The group of companies explained that the details had not yet been specified in the current draft version. The number of shares to be placed as well as the possible price range and the timing of the offer still have to be decided. These factors depend on the market situation and other conditions as well as the outcome of the SEC’s examination. Delta Galil emphasized that it is currently not yet clear whether the IPO will be completed.
The group, founded in 1975, has been listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 1982. In addition to the German brand Schiesser, which was acquired in 2012, the group also owns labels such as 7 for all Mankind, Eminence and Passionata. Delta Galil is also a licensing partner of well-known international companies such as Adidas, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Wolford.
