Liam Payne’s friend makes harsh claims about the musician’s last moments.
The death of Liam Payne, known from the band One Direction, still speaks. Payne’s friend Roger Nores make strong claims about the singer’s last moments TMZ’s in the interview.
Nores claims the singer was happy and perfectly balanced in the hours before he fell from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
– Liam was in a good mood. He was talking to 10 or 15 Americans who had come here for a wedding. He chatted and joked with them, Nores recalls in an interview about the singer’s behavior on the tragic day.
According to the friend, there was nothing unusual in the singer’s behavior.
Nores has been suspected of dumping the singer, but no charges have been brought against him. Nores has denied the allegations of littering. The two got to know each other at a Vogue event in London in 2020.
– I went to the hotel three times to check on his health. That morning [kuolinpäivänä] he seemed slightly intoxicated, but nothing out of the ordinary, Nores says.

Authorities are still investigating Payne’s death. According to the information obtained from the autopsy, the singer was in an almost psychotic state due to the use of substances. Several different drugs were found in his system. At the time of the accident, according to the investigators, Payne was unconscious or almost unconscious.
– According to the prosecutor, this information rules out suspicions of suicide. He [Payne] has been in a state where he did not understand what he was doing, the researchers said.
Payne’s funeral was held in Great Britain on November 20. The members of One Direction Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik arrived to say goodbye to their fellow singers.
