Artichoke Harrivaara combines rosemary and hazelnut. He spices the pumpkin with a trendy pumpkin spice mixture. Both combinations are really delicious, frankly insanely good.

350 g of peeled ground artichoke or prepare ground artichoke puree

1 tablespoon dried or fresh rosemary

100 g of melted butter

1 dl whipped cream

1 egg

2 tablespoons of honey

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons peeled hazelnuts

1. Turn on the oven to 175 degrees. If you use peeled ground artichokes, boil them until tender in water seasoned with salt and grind them smooth with a stick blender.

2. Mix all the ingredients except the hazelnuts in a bowl until smooth and check the taste. Add salt if needed.

3. Put the mixture in a greased ovenproof dish, shape the surface with a spoon and finally grate or grate the peeled hazelnuts on the surface with a knife.

4. Bake in a 175-degree oven without a lid for about 45 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.

TIP!

You can prepare ground artichoke skins as a crunchy side dish by frying them in a pan in a small amount of oil and seasoning them with salt at the end.

350 g of peeled hokkaido or musk pumpkin or ready-made pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon pumpkin spice mixture

100 g of melted butter

1 dl whipped cream

1 egg

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp ground white pepper

1 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

1. Turn on the oven to 175 degrees. If you use peeled pumpkin, boil them in salted water until tender and puree with an immersion blender.

2. Mix all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs in a bowl until smooth and check the taste. Add salt if needed.

3. Put the mixture in a greased ovenproof dish, shape the surface with a spoon and finally sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs.

4. Bake in a 175-degree oven without a lid for about 45 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.

TIP!

The pumpkin spice mixture is versatile both in hot drinks, on porridge and in baking.

In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves.
