Millionaire Toivo Sukari talks about his massive construction project For Seiska magazine.
Sukari, known for Masku’s furniture house and Ideaparks, has built his dream villa in Northern Cyprus together with his wife Nadja Sukari. Now the businessman tells Seiska that the plans have expanded.
– In fact, I am also building 12 luxury penthouses on the coast of Cyprus. However, I do them more with a business mind, Sukari tells Seiska.
Sukari tells Seiska that the construction of the dream villa has dragged on despite the promises made to her.
– Now I understand well why many people end up buying a ready-made vacation home. However, Cyprus has very beautiful nature and this is just one construction project among others, Sukari tells Seiska.
Sukari told Iltalehti last year that the price level in Northern Cyprus is on a different level than, for example, in Spain. The couple has holiday homes in Marbella and Fuengirola.
– In Marbella, similar apartments cost 7–8 million euros, Sukari said.
The Sugars do not skimp on the construction costs of their dream villa.
