The decision has been made for Ninja Warrior Germany: René Casselly is the “Last Man Standing” of the ninth season. The winner looks back on Friday evening’s show together with host Daniel Hock in the “Buzzer nach”.
René Casselly flexed his muscles again at Ninja Warrior Germany. The 28-year-old was crowned “Last Man Standing” in the grand finale. It was almost enough to achieve a really big success. Like Moritz Hans and Sandro Scheibler, Casselly made it to “Mount Midoriyama”, where he was ultimately only around a second short of the buzzer and the title of “Ninja Warrior Germany”.
Casselly achieved this status in 2021. In the “Buzzer afterwards”, the experienced ninja reveals that the heart-stopping finale at “Mount Midoriyama” still bothered him in retrospect. However, Casselly wants to gain additional motivation from this for the future.
“I always say: Everything happens for a reason. I think the reason why I didn’t make it this year is that I’ll come back next year and completely crack the thing,” revealed the exceptional athlete in an interview with host Daniel Hock.
