Space One, which hopes to become the first Japanese private company to successfully launch a satellite into orbit, had to abandon a second attempt to launch its Kairos rocket at the last minute on Saturday. Weather conditions did not allow the launch, Japanese media report. An earlier attempt also failed in March.
