In the 2006 hit film The Devil Wears Prada, US actor Stanley Tucci played Anne Hathaway’s mentor. With a bald head and round nerd glasses, he played the always loyal mentor of “Voque” intern Andrea. Now his worldwide fans are stunned by an old photo of him.
In a recent Instagram post, he uploaded a photo from his time at State University of New York, where he graduated in 1982.
Now his followers are amazed not only by the mustache and the full head of hair, but even more by the striking resemblance to Freddie Mercury. The brunette locks paired with the sassy white camisole would make the legendary Queen singer an A-1 double.
“This was just sent to me by a friend. C’est moi at the university about 42 years ago. Oh youth Oh, hair,” the 61-year-old wrote in the caption with proven mother wit. “My dear Krokoschinsky. I thought that was Freddie Mercury! What a pearl of a photo,” wrote one user.
As a result of cancer in 2018, the gourmet and food expert lost his sense of taste. Fortunately, the actor and comedian was able to keep his sense of humor.
