Concern for Mbappé: Superstar scores – but has to go out injured

Kylian Mbappé was finally able to score again in Real Madrid’s victory. However, the Spaniards have to worry: the superstar had to go out injured.
Real Madrid scored an important victory in the Champions League. The Spaniards won the Europa League winner Atalanta Bergamo 3-2 (1-1) in an exciting game and thus took a big step towards the knockout round. However, the Royals are now worried about their superstar Kylian Mbappé.
The recently weak offensive star gave Real the lead in the 10th minute. But before halftime, the striker had to leave the field after 35 minutes. Coach Carlo Ancelotti said after the game: “Mbappé is suffering from problems with his seat bones. It doesn’t look serious, but he couldn’t sprint. He was in a bit of pain and that’s why we took him out.”
In addition to Mbappé, Vinícius Junior (56th) and Jude Bellingham (59th) were successful for Real. On the Atalanta side, Charles De Ketelaere scored from the penalty spot in stoppage time in the first half, while Ademola Lookman reduced the score to 2-3 in the 65th minute. Both teams fought an even duel throughout the entire game.
With the win, Real Madrid climbs up the table. In the remaining games, the defending champions will face RB Salzburg and Stade Brest.
