‘Our’ giant pandas leave the nest: Pairi Daiza mascots go to a breeding center in China

Millions of animal lovers watched them grow from little worms into cuddly giants, but Tian Bao (8) and 5-year-old twins Bao Di and Bao Mei are leaving for China tomorrow for good. The three giant pandas were born in Belgium and, as mascots, helped Pairi Daiza become ‘the best zoo in Europe’.
