Mira Potkonen and her spouse Henri Potkonen the investment apartment has been destroyed, Yle reports.

The Potkosets have filed a criminal complaint about the matter, but believe that they will have to pay for a large part of the renovation themselves.
– With almost one hundred percent certainty, nobody will ever get anything back from this, Henri Potkonen told Yle.
The couple no longer plans to continue investing in housing.
Henri Potkonen admits that he has to take a little bit of the disintegrated kämpa into his own hands. After all, he had met his tenant himself when he signed the papers.
