THEn air on first TV this evening at 9.20pm on Rai 2, Welcome to the Esposito house she’s a funny one satire on the clichés of the Camorra. Protagonist of the comedy, produced by Alessandro Siani, the clumsy son of a boss who fails to follow in his father’s footsteps. With an all Neapolitan cast, the film sees for the first time in a main role the character actor Giovanni Espositosupported by the always good Antonia Truppo.

Tonino Esposito (Giovanni Esposito) is the fifty-year-old son of Don Gennarinoa high-level exponent of the Camorra from the Rione Sanità in Naples. Tonino is very clumsy, clumsy and a bit clumsy, but above all he is not at all violentin fact he is exactly what one would call a good person.
Too bad that, being the boss’s son, when his father dies he finds himself inheriting all the family’s illicit business. Things change when Tonino discovers that his daughter Tina (Noemi Episcopo) is having an affair with the son of a magistrateknown for his intention to dismantle the Esposito – De Luca clan. This fact shakes Tonino deeply he changes his mind and decides to become a credible boss in the eyes of the neighborhood and his family.

An original satire against the Camorra
Based on the novel of the same name by Pino Imperatore, Welcome to the Esposito house And a hilarious comedy that pokes fun at the Camorra in order to make it less “scary”.
