The provincial government of Overijssel must do everything it can through a strong lobby to maintain the direct train to Schiphol. A majority of the members of the Provincial Council wrote this in a motion. The NS intends to cancel this direct connection in 2025, meaning that travelers from Deventer and Apeldoorn will have to transfer to Amersfoort.
