In the Irish city of Limerick, the court has rejected damages of more than 760,000 euros. 36-year-old Kamila Grabska demanded that amount from an insurance company because she has been suffering from constant neck and back pain since a car accident. The judge dismissed the case after she was shown an action photo of the woman throwing a sturdy Christmas tree into the air.
