There is no peace and quiet for the people of Munich. Now there is a change in management. Marc-Nicolai Pfeifer will be replaced early.
TSV 1860 Munich has hired Oliver Mueller as its new commercial director. The 45-year-old is now taking over the responsibilities of Marc-Nicolai Pfeifer, who is leaving the third division soccer team early after three and a half years. The “Lions” announced this on Friday.
Mueller concentrates on the commercial management of TSV Munich from 1860 GmbH & Co. KGaA. Christian Werner has recently become the sports director. Mueller already has leadership experience in the sports industry. He worked in marketing at Real Club Deportivo Mallorca and as managing director at the Kölner Haie ice hockey club.
Predecessor Pfeifer came to the “Löwen” in the summer of 2020 as managing director for finance. During the current season he temporarily took on a dual role and was also responsible for sports.
