The Arket brand, which belongs to the Swedish clothing group Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M), is taking the next step in Switzerland. On Monday, the label announced that it would open a new flagship store in Geneva in the spring.
This is Arket’s second store in the country. The clothing retailer only celebrated its debut in Switzerland last November with the opening of a store in Zurich.
Arket managing director Pernilla Wohlfahrt commented on the upcoming opening: “Our concept and our collections have been fantastically well received in Switzerland since the opening of our Zurich store last autumn,” she said in a statement. “We are very happy to announce this new location in Geneva and look forward to deepening our relationship with our local customers.”
