No Doubt will perform at this year’s Coachella Festival. It will be the American band’s first concert in nine years. Gwen Stefani, Tom Dumont, Adrian Young and Tony Kanal last appeared on stage together in 2015. The most recent album “Push And Shove” was released a few years ago in 2012.
No Doubt instead of the Rolling Stones
A performance by the Rolling Stones had been discussed in advance – the rock band released “Hackney Diamonds” at the end of 2023 after an eighteen-year album break. But the performance many fans had hoped for came to nothing. Instead there is the reunion of No Doubt, who had their biggest hit with “Don’t Speak” in 1996. The day of the week the pop-ska group will play at the festival is not yet known. There was also a big comeback at Coachella last year: blink-182 performed again with original guitarist and singer Tom DeLonge.
The Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival takes place over two weekends in April with an identical lineup and is one of the largest music festivals in the world. Lana Del Rey, Tyler, The Creator and Doja Cat have already been announced as headliners for this year’s edition.
