A man fell into the water along the Noordereinde in ‘s-Graveland and died. It is unclear exactly what happened.
A bicycle was found on the ice this morning, after which the emergency services were immediately alerted. The fire brigade, police and a diving team came to the scene of the accident to investigate.
After investigation it turned out that it was an accident. The police cannot say exactly what happened, partly for privacy reasons.
