Drs. J. (Joyce) Langenacker will be the new mayor of the municipality of Zeist. At the proposal of Minister De Jonge of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, the Council of Ministers has decided to nominate her for appointment. The appointment takes effect on January 30, 2024.

Mrs Langenacker (54 years old) is a member of the PvdA. She is currently mayor of the municipality of Ouder-Amstel. Koos Janssen (CDA) is currently mayor of Zeist.
