The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague officially begins an investigation into war crimes in Ukraine during the recent Russian invasion. Prosecutor Karim Khan said in a statement on Wednesday evening that 39 countries had requested this. The ICC immediately began collecting evidence of possible war crimes or crimes against humanity.
