The toboggan world champions Jessica Degenhardt and Cheyenne Rosenthal celebrated a successful start to the new year at the World Cup in Winterberg.
The duo took first place in the doubles competition on Saturday and secured their second win of the season after the triumph in Whistler, Canada before Christmas.
At the finish, Degenhardt/Rosenthal were 0.024 seconds ahead of second-placed Andrea Voetter and Marion Oberhofer from Italy.
Dajana Eitberger and Saskia Schirmer came in fourth place behind the Austrians Selina Egle and Laura Kipp.
