Yamila, What was the motivation behind Nutrizio?

We are a family that has decided to venture into the entrepreneurial world, driven by our passion for creating significant projects. Nutrizio arises from the convergence of our professions and the shared dream of establishing our own company.

I have a degree in Food, where I contribute my technical experience and for his part Guillermo has a degree in Administration and a passionate entrepreneur. The synergy of our professional skills and our joint desire to be an entrepreneur gave rise to the brand.

Nutrizio is based on the conception of inclusive and healthy foods. We set out to develop allergen-free products, ensuring they are safe for all consumers, including those with allergies or sensitivities.

What are the services you provide to the public?

Nutrizio markets premixes intended for the production of bread, pastries and pasta, characterized by being allergen-free, gluten-free and dairy-free. Currently, we offer a variety of six premixes, each formulated with healthy ingredients, to enhance their nutritional benefits.

Our line of premixes has been designed with the aim of facilitating the preparation of food in a simple, fast and nutritious way. We are proud to provide our customers with the possibility of enjoying fresh, homemade products, free of preservatives, thus reinforcing our dedication to quality and health.

We also sell granolas, a perfect combination of cereals, nuts or dehydrated fruits and seeds, sweetened with honey. We prioritize the creation of options that contribute to a balanced diet.

What are your differentials in the sector?

Our main advantage lies in the adaptation and reinvention of basic products of the food basket, designed for a specific audience that faces restrictions in their diet and cannot consume any item available in the supermarket.

Nutrizio encourages a lifestyle that promotes homemade food preparation. We strive to inspire our customers to take control of their diet, avoid ultra-processed foods, and encourage the creation of fresh foods.

What are the brand’s projects for the new year?

In 2024, we will launch new products and formulations that incorporate greater amounts of fiber and protein, using legumes and vegetables, focusing on enriching the nutritional offer.
