The Russian army struck the nearly 400-meter-high TV tower in the Ukrainian capital Kiev during an airstrike on Tuesday. Television and radio broadcasts by the state broadcaster were canceled as a result. Equipment was damaged and ducts will not work for the time being, Ukraine’s interior ministry said.
