The Helsinki Hall is about to open to the public next year. A new clause was added to the EU’s sanctions package last week, under which the expropriation of the former Hartwall arena from the Russian owners becomes possible. The wheels are spinning fast now. Ilta-Sanomi’s government source says that the commissioning of the Hartwall arena is getting closer.
