An elderly man was seriously injured during a walk on Sunday evening after a collision with a car in Liessel. The accident happened around six o’clock on Eikenlaan in the outskirts of the village.
The blow must have been serious: there is nothing left of the car’s windshield and there is a dent in the roof. The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance. An air ambulance was also called.
