The last group stage in the history of the Champions League will soon be history – the draw for the round of 16 is coming up.
Which teams are playing and how is the draw drawn?
From the 16 teams, who are in the round of 16, ten have been determined. There will be a draw from two pots: group winners are seeded and will play the second leg of the round of 16 at home. The runners-up in the group are unseeded and will play away in the second game.
- Group winner: Bayern Munich, Manchester CityArsenal FC, Real Madrid
- Second group: RB Leipzig, PSV Eindhoven
- Status not yet clear: Atlético Madrid, FC Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, Lazio Rome, Real Sociedad
Which restrictions there is?
teams, who played in the same group, are not allowed to meet. This round also excludes clubs from the same country playing against each other.

When do the games take place?
As usual in previous years, the round of 16 will be played over four weeks.
- First legs: February 13, 14, 20 and 21, 2024
- Second legs: March 5, 6, 12, 13, 2024
All further games from the quarter-finals onwards will be drawn on March 15, 2024. The other game dates:
- Quarterfinals: First legs on April 9th and 10th, second legs on April 16th and 17th
- Semifinals: First legs on April 30th and May 1st, second legs on May 7th and 8th
- Endgame: June 1st in London (Wembley)
