French luxury fashion house Lanvin presents the first capsule of its collaboration project Lanvin Lab. The debut collection is called Pluto and was designed in collaboration with Atlanta rapper and producer Future.
The name of the unisex collection is a reference to the planet of the same name and symbolizes “regeneration and transformation to achieve a new perspective,” said Lanvin in a statement on Tuesday.
The result of the collaboratively designed capsule is a range of garments aimed at customer comfort. Styles range from utility-style jackets to graphic hoodies and t-shirts to tailored jackets. There is also a range of accessories such as faux fur hats, sunglasses, belts, bags, gloves and leather goods, as well as a nightwear set consisting of slippers, a pillow and a mask.
The Lanvin Lab project was created to provide artists and designers with a creative center designed to “promote creative collaboration and unique cultural dialogue.”
