Anseeuw is the first alderman in Ostend and looks back with satisfaction on the restoration of the Royal Galleries and the Thermae Palace hotel. Finishing this is still his goal. As alderman of mobility, he ensured a zone 30 in the city. Anseeuw wants to opt for a job outside politics, and, he writes, “I must admit that I am very much looking forward to making more room for new challenges in which I can once again fully indulge.”
This is certainly a loss for N-VA in Ostend.
